The Hourglass Sessions are collaborative training opportunities for Executive Directors/CEOs and Leadership Team Members (Managers, Directors, and Senior Directors) of small to mid-size+ nonprofit organizations.
Hourglass leaders are busy nonprofit professionals seeking support, connection, and development. They want to feel less isolated and learn from others who have done/are doing this work too. They seek resources, tools, and lifelines to lead their organizations and manage their teams.
Beyond coaching, The Hourglass Sessions offer nonprofit professionals a safe and collaborative setting to further develop executive leadership skills and address challenges unique to this role and sector.
The Hourglass Sessions are designed and led by Erin McPartlin, an experienced former Executive Director turned non-profit advisor and leadership guide. Erin pulls from her decades of ED experience to help others develop their most purposeful and intentional leadership.

Participation in the Hourglass Sessions is $500/month for 6 months or $2500 upfront for those wanting a discount Invoices will be sent to the email on file.
Nonprofit Executive Directors/CEOs, including Founders
Senior leaders such as Chiefs and Directors (Development Directors, Deputy Directors, Chief of Staff, Program Directors, Marketing Directors, etc.)
The Hourglass Sessions are currently designed for paid/staff leaders. If a board member is interested, please complete the sign-up form and indicate 'other' with a comment about being a board member.
Leaders are selected based on their registration forms and grouped based on their sectors, experience, and interests.
There will be separate tracks for EDs/CEOs and others for Senior/Upcoming Leaders
Sessions will work with your schedule.
Pending selection and grouping, your sessions will start in early October based on mutually agreeable dates and times. Erin will reach out to all participants to determine our best dates and times.
The Hourglass Sessions are topic-based, not curriculum-based. There are no modules to watch or required readings. Erin will share optional resources and references in support of our sessions and dialogue.

The Hourglass Sessions take place via Zoom. Leaders from all geographic areas are encouraged to apply.
The investment in your collaborative professional development is $500 per month for 6 months - a $3000 total investment. A 10% discount is offered to those who want to pay $2500 upfront.
The next cohort of Hourglass Sessions starts in October. If you're interested, but can't start until the fall, please complete the current sign-up form. Indicate on your sign-up form that you'd like to start later in the fall/winter and join the next session.
